We are looking for a Care Manager to assist in the running of a small medium sized home that caters for elderly service users with mental health. Applications are invited from NVQ4 qualified candidates who have at least 1 -2 years experience of managing/supervising in a residential care home.
Applications will be considered from Managers who are currently undertaking the NVQ4 or NVQ3 wishing to undertake the RMA NVQ4 Level.
You will also need to deliver and maintain high standards of care in line with the Care Standards Act 2000.
